For Double vaccinated people the Day 2 PCR test has been replaced with a cheaper rapid / antigen test and there is no “fit to fly “ test required

- No need for a “fit to fly “ test comes into effect Oct 4

- Rapid test replacing Day 2 PCR comes into effect end of October
